“This has opened my mind and heart to want to serve others” - These are the words of a U of D Jesuit student who takes part in our life-changing pallbearer ministry. The ministry holds the belief that all people, regardless of their social standing, deserve to be buried with dignity and respect.
This program is just one of the Jesuit experiences your son can be part of at U of D Jesuit.

Your journey begins as a Man for Others!
U of D Jesuit was featured on the NBC TODAY Show because of our efforts in addressing the mental health of students and student-athletes. The hallmark of Jesuit education is “Cura Personalis” or Care for the Whole Person. Adapting new ways to serve our students academically, socially, spiritually, and emotionally is our priority.

U of D Jesuit is receiving gifts from the estates of two benefactors totaling $10 million. The donations represent the largest estate gifts in the school’s 145-year history. The value of the bequests will create the top two endowed student scholarships at U of D Jesuit.
“Our prime educational objective is to form ‘Men for Others’ for the greater honor and glory of God”
Pedro Arrupe, S.J.
Our commitment to service and justice cannot be matched. Community service and outreach have played an integral role in our students’ education.
“The diversity at U of D Jesuit, in addition to its high standard of education, is what sets it apart.”

"We take the values we learned at U of D Jesuit and apply them to the real world and everyone around us. I wouldn't be the person I am today without U of D.”
