The Office of Diversity and Inclusion at University of Detroit Jesuit embraces the rich and dynamic contribution of students and the community we serve. We will approach matters of diversity and inclusion through a series of thoughtful and sensitive programs, professional development, recruitment and retention initiatives, strategic planning and community outreach. All of these initiatives will be rooted in the Jesuit fundamentals of learning and spirituality. Our approach will attempt to embody the principles of Cura Personalis and the Jesuit ideal of “go where the needs of the church are the greatest."
