Arrupe Learning Center

The U of D Jesuit Pedro Arrupe Learning Center is a resource for all students in grades 7 through 12. We offer a course of directed study for students in the high school which provides them with an interactive study hall in which to concentrate on areas of academic difficulty. Drop in tutoring, organizational help, and study advice are available during all periods as well as after school. Students with a variety of learning differences are offered a quiet, supportive atmosphere in which to achieve academic success. All students are welcome. We host a variety of programming during lunch periods and after school, including study groups for specific teachers and tests, workshops for various learning strategies, writer's workshops, goal setting, note taking skills, building a strong vocabulary, reading comprehension, and more.
