The U of D Jesuit Student ID card also serves as the cafeteria debit card. Our cafeteria debit card system, MealTime, provides you with a way to deposit money into your son’s account that he can use for purchases in the cafeteria for breakfast and lunch. (This does not work with the vending machines.) The ID/debit card is swiped at the register at the time of purchase and the cost of the purchase is deducted from your son’s account.
With the MealTime Online system, you now have the ability to monitor your son’s lunch account balance as well as make secure online deposits to his lunch account. All you need to do is create an Online MealTime profile.
Getting Started with MealTime Online
Go to www.mymealtime.com. You can also access the MealTime link on the school’s website by clicking on the “Students/Parents” link on the top left of the school’s homepage. Once there click on “Parent Tools” and then” Mealtime”.
Step 1: Create a MealTime Online profile. Click on the “Create new profile” link and create a Username and Password that you will use to login to MealTime Online. The Username and Password must be at least 6 characters. For example, Username: jsmith, Password: pty845.
Step 2: Add your son. Login to your MealTime Online account (using the Username and Password that you created in Step 1), click on “Meal Account Deposits” then click the “Add New Student” link and add your son by entering his first name and student ID number
If you have more than one son attending U of D Jesuit, repeat step 2 to add any additional student(s).
Step 3: To make a Deposit. Click on the “Make Deposit” link to make a deposit into your son’s account. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Please note, there is a minimum deposit amount of $25.00. Click on the “View Details” link next to your son’s name to view his cafeteria account balance and purchase history.
Note: Online deposits will be posted to your son’s account daily at 6:00am.
The MealTime online feature is more convenient for both parents and students, by allowing parents to monitor their son’s lunch account and speeding up our lunch lines by eliminating the need for the student to give the cashier a check to deposit money on his account.
