Students participate in the Corporal Works of Mercy through serving as pallbearers at funerals for the homeless, veterans, socially poor and anyone who requests our services. Through the Joseph of Arimathea ministry, U of D Jesuit seniors and juniors strive to give dignity to every person, with no regard to social or economic class. Students participate in a comprehensive training and commit to this ministry year round in order to celebrate the lives of those whom we serve.
