The JV Hockey Cubs defeated the Grosse Pointe South JV Blue Devils on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 by the final score of 5-4 at City Sport Center.
Leading the way for the Cubs were Matt Griffin with 2 goals, Mike Korte, Erik Peltola and Patrick Suchy each added a goal and Erik Rust had two assists.  Jake Schlau turned aside 31 shots in earning the victory.
The Cubs next opponent will be the Wildcats of Cleveland St. Ignatius on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 100 P.M. at City Sport Center.
