Dads' Club - Events' Help Needed
November 6th and 9th - Auction Setup and Teardown
Our biggest service project of the year kicks off on Thursday, November 6th, around 6:00pm as we set up tables, chairs and whatever else is needed for the annual school auction. Please bring your sons and your work gloves! Dinner will be served. Remember the old proverb: "Many hands make light work!"

Quiz Bowl National Competition
The U of D Jesuit Quiz Bowl Team qualified for Nationals by clinching 3rd Place in States at Michigan State University in April. This year's U of D Jesuit Team was the first to compete at Nationals in Chicago, June 12-14, 2010. U of D Jesuit was one of 50 teams represented in Chicago. The team which competed included Zachary Smith '10, Curtis Schuelke '11, Andrew Gutman '12, Eric Kuhn '12, Grady Peck '12 and Benjamin Peck '12 .
New Parent Orienation Dinner

Lacrosse Cubs are Regional Champs!
Congratulations Lacrosse team! On Friday, the Cubs won the Lacrosse Regional Championship. The game was very exciting and became a nail-biter at the end. The Cubs went down 3-1 early in the first period but came back with three quick goals to take the lead 4-3. The rest of the game was closely contested. The final score 11-10. The Cubs are Regional Champions for the fourth straight year - an amazing accomplishment!
QUIZ BOWL Team will go to the National Champioships
For the first time U of D Jesuit's Quiz Bowl Team will be competing in the National QUIZ BOWL Championships from June 12-14 in Chicago. The team earned an invitation by placing 3rd in the State Championships held at MSU in April. The 6 students comprising the team are; Zachary Smith '10, Curtis Schuelke '11, Andrew Gutman '12, Eric Kuhn '12, Ben Peck '12 and Grady Peck '12. Moderator Ed Roberge will accompany the students.
Cub Golfers advance to state finals
Congratulations to Cub Varsity golfers on their 2nd place showing at MHSAA regionals on Thursday. The Cubs finished with a 302. Senior Brian Gardner celebrated his birthday by shooting a one under par 71 on the Orchards Golf Course. Junior Joe Hooks' 74, Junior Danny Brennan's 77 and Junior Paul Bartkowiak's 80 finished the scoring. Here are some of the "fabulous facts" the Cub golfers achieved today:

U of D Jesuit hosts the 4th annual Golf Camp for 5-8 graders of all levels of ability. It's Tuesday, June 15, Wednesday, June 16 & Thursday, June 17 at Beech Woods Golf Center located near Beech and 9 Mile. Contact Coach Diehl for questions.
